Wa’ed: Prisoner Abu Lebda became fully paralyzed
Agencies - Wa’ed society for detainees and ex-detainees said Saturday that prisoner Mohamed Abu Lebda sustained just few hours ago complete paralysis as a result of the policy of medical neglect pursued by the Zionist Ramle prison administration against detainees especially patients.
Wa’ed pointed out that it had warned many times before about the serious medical condition of prisoners especially Abu Lebda in what is called the Ramle hospital prison.
It added that it appealed but to no avail to many human rights organizations to make an urgent visit to the prisoner who was suffering at the time from a number of unidentified serious diseases.
The society expressed its deep outrage at Zionist violations against the Palestinian prisoners in its jails, and called on all advocates of prisoners’ rights to urgently intervene to save the life of Abu Lebda.
The society appealed to the Red Cross to visit the prisoner and work on his release immediately.
